Revenue-Optimized Links for Parked Domain Names

Berkeley, CA February 22, 2004 -- DomainMart today announced the introduction of a revenue-optimized service for owners of parked domain names.

DomainMart's service has three advantages over similar programs:
(1)    It maximizes revenue from the list of links between pay-per-click (PPC) search results and links from performance-based commission (PBC) programs. The results are ranked based on highest expected-revenue impact. For example, the first two results may be from PPC, the third from PBC, and the fourth from PPC again.
(2)    It analyzes a domain name's potential for lease to a single advertiser.
(3)    It sets up optimized ad-pages for third-level domain-name pages – such as service1.BestService.com -- to increase clicks.

The combined links provide enhanced benefits to domain-name owners. Moreover, link ranking is periodically adjusted for maximum revenue. "The service not only increases revenue per page, but strikes an optimized balance between immediate revenue from PPC and longer-term benefits from PBC programs," notes Alex Tajirian, President and CEO of DomainMart.

While a domain-name owner is earning commission, DomainMart monitors the domain name for lease potential to a single advertiser. DomainMart provides owners an additional advantage by managing the lease at no additional cost.

The service is not just for parked domain names. "To take advantage of the service, you just need to forward a page to a designated URL by DomainMart," adds Alex.

DomainMart is a leader in providing domain-name secondary-market services, including appraisal/valuation, escrow, lease management, and protection since 1996.
